Support Our experienced support staff is available 8 am to 6 pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Our staff is made up of highly trained customer service representatives with strong knowledge of our software; therefore, they can assist with all system questions. Although our staff members are not hardware support technicians, we attempt to work with your IT staff or third party hardware vendor to solve any technical issues. Calls are prioritized based on the critical level of the problem. Top priority is given to any "system down", although it is our goal to address all calls within one hour of receipt. We are continually enhancing our software. Customers are provided with documentation describing all releases. Unlike many of our competitors, it is our philosophy that system enhancements are part of doing business, and should be included in the annual maintenance agreements. In addition, our software package is all-inclusive. Scheduling, Reporting, and the Electronic Health Record are built right in. |
