Implementation We arrange discovery visits after you have chosen Hill Associates as your partner in determining your practice management needs. Our implementation team will meet with your staff to evaluate your existing data and file formats for data conversions as well as gather the necessary information to set up your company. Our implementation team will work with your key staff members to outline the needs of your practice and determine the best solutions in designing your system. Should you require a data conversion, our implementation team will work with you to identify the data needed for conversion and review the converted data with you. It is our philosophy to provide a combination of on-site training with your actual data as well as an overview of the system in larger groups. Companies can choose from a variety of training methods including "train the trainers" to standard "classroom" approaches. |
