Our Claims Management Department currently manages over
70 Million
dollars annually for the behavioral health industry. Our software allows our customers to have up to date client information and the ability to generate reports, while still outsourcing processing and receivable management functions. Our overall collection performance for behavioral health claims including all pay sources is currently 95%. We will submit all electronic and paper claims, rectify claims prior to submission to insure timely payment, perform all collection follow-up efforts. We will post all payments and complete end of month close. In addition, we maintain rate changes and any updates to insurance regulations.
We also offer data hosting for our CMD customers. With this service, users access their information from any location from any computer with an Internet connection.
