About Hill Associates Hill Associates was founded in 1979 and our corporate offices are located in Plaistow, New Hampshire. In the early years of the company, we developed and sold custom software as well as hardware. In 1984, we designed our ARPlus software that specializes in the management of behavioral health claims. In 1986, a service bureau (CMD) was also created to offer agencies the ability to outsource their claims management functions. In 1986, our ARPlus product was released and quickly met the growing needs of the behavioral health industry. The company has remained committed to the behavioral health industry and is proud of its proven track record of developing quality software and achieving high customer satisfaction. In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, our software is attributed to submitting 70% of all outpatient behavioral health claims to the Medicaid system. The staff at Hill Associates offers the company and their customers a wealth of knowledge and skill in the behavioral health industry. In conjunction with our philosophy of "get it right the first time", we have developed an extensive set of workflow procedures to assure quality and consistency of operations. Our management consultants and training staff, most of whom have many years of hands-on experience in the field, assist our customers in implementing these procedures in their own environment. |
